How we operate
NexPath Software is an independent, Australian-owned company. We have one address, one operating base and one standard of accountability. We do not present a network of offices we do not have, and we do not subcontract core technical judgement to an unrelated delivery partner.
Engagements are delivered under a written agreement that defines scope, assumptions, responsibilities, payment milestones and acceptance criteria. Where a client requires a procurement process, we can provide the standard commercial and insurance information needed to assess us.

Contracting
We contract directly with the organisation that owns the outcome. Statements of work define deliverables, assumptions, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
Invoicing
Invoices are issued against agreed milestones or monthly for retainer arrangements. All amounts are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Insurance
Professional indemnity and public liability documentation can be provided during procurement. Coverage is maintained for the life of the engagement.
Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential by default. A mutual confidentiality agreement can be executed before detailed discovery begins.
Security
Access is limited to what the engagement requires. We support client security reviews and can align to agreed controls for identity, data handling and incident reporting.
Handover
Documentation, source code, infrastructure definitions and operating procedures are included in the agreed handover scope.

Can you provide a certificate of currency for insurance?
Yes. Professional indemnity and public liability certificates can be provided during procurement or before a contract is signed. If a specific level of cover is required, tell us the threshold and we will confirm whether it is available.
Do you subcontract core delivery work?
We may use specialist contractors for a defined scope, but the technical direction and accountability remain with NexPath. Any subcontractor is bound by confidentiality and security obligations, and the client is informed where the engagement requires it.
What contract terms do you work under?
We can work with a client-provided statement of work or provide our own. The agreement defines scope, deliverables, assumptions, payment milestones, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability and termination. We review material departures from our standard terms rather than accepting them without assessment.
Can you complete a security or vendor questionnaire?
Yes. We can complete a reasonable security, privacy and vendor assessment questionnaire. Where a question relates to a specific engagement, we will answer in that context rather than providing a generic certification claim.
